1. Who we are
StayAtlas offers furnished homes for stays of 30 nights or more in Copenhagen and on the Gold Coast.
The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Dehn-A ApS, CVR 36735031, Palægade 6, 3. tv., 1261 København K, Denmark. Email: hello@stayatlas.dk.
Each home is let by the company that owns it. Your booking confirmation names that company. It may be Dehn-A ApS or another company in the same group, in Denmark or in Australia. When you book, the owning company receives your details so it can enter into and carry out the tenancy with you, and it is responsible for your data for that purpose.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools on the public site.
Information about other people: if you book on behalf of someone else, or give us a payer's details, please make sure they know you are sharing their information with us.
3. Cookies
The public site sets no cookies of its own. The admin area, which only StayAtlas staff use, sets one strictly necessary cookie that keeps staff signed in.
Property pages can show a map from Google Maps. The map only loads when you choose to open it. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- The company that owns the home you book (see section 1).
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
- Supabase — database hosting, EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Railway — website hosting, EU (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
- Resend — sending emails (booking confirmations and replies). Resend is based in the United States (see section 5).
- Guesty — our property-management system. We use it for availability. Your booking details are not sent to Guesty.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our email provider, Resend, is based in the United States. Transfers to it rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Homes on the Gold Coast are let by an Australian company. Booking one means your details are shared with that company in Australia, because this is necessary to fulfil the contract you ask us to enter into (GDPR art. 49(1)(b)).
6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to our processing; receive your data in a portable format; and complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
Write to hello@stayatlas.dk to use any of these rights. We reply within one month.
8. Security
Data is stored in an access-controlled database and is only reachable by the website's own server and by signed-in StayAtlas staff.
9. Changes
We will update this page if we change how we handle personal data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
